Welcome to the 2011 Toyota Farm to Table Tour! For the third year in a row, the Toyota Farm to Table Tour is visiting farmers markets across the country to celebrate the connection between delicious food, amazing farmers, and the communities they support. In 2009 and 2010, we visited 24 markets and worked with more than 200 of the nation’s best chefs.
On Saturday, March 12, we kicked off the tour at the Riverside Arts Market in Jacksonville. We were thrilled to visit the market for the second time - this year as our launch event. Ten of Jacksonville’s favorite chefs served up complimentary tastings featuring items from local farmers and vendors at the market.
